I am a ICF certified professional coach (PCC), I work with executives and senior level professionals looking to develop their leadership, through the lens of inclusive leadership. I have been active as a volunteer and trainer in various DEI-focused organizations, and I am passionate about diversity, inclusion, and expansion of the social narrative to all voices and experiences. In addition to my coaching I am a Founding Member and Director of DEIB at LUMO. LUMO supports organizations to create a more inclusive culture for working parents, through leadership development. Prior to coaching I did many things, but most recently I worked in video production and adversiting. I have a background in Theater and Directing and I'm a trained doula. I live in Brooklyn, NY with my husband, two daughters and a very snuggly, 80 pound, sheep-a-doodle. If I'm not nerding out over leadership development or intersectional feminism, I am nerding out about food, food news, trends and resturants.
