Hey ladies!
I have an opportunity to leave corporate and take a role as the Supply Chain Director for a startup (2-3 yrs in, I think roughly 200 ppl and 2-300M top line)
Role is managing inventory as they acquire Amazon e-commerce businesses (10 down, 50 to go), turning the current spreadsheet into a scalable software. Build a team as we grow...... Complete wheelhouse for me on the technical skill. 🤩
What do I need to be asking about base salary vs equity/other compensation?
Anyone thats made a move like this what should I expect to change?
Will I realiztically be able to keep my sanity and balance with 3 small kids and still growing my own company? (They're supportive in theory, curious on the actual boundaries to set.)
Anyone do this on a *not* 60-hr/wk schedule?
🙌🏼🙌🏼🚀🚀
(sad trombone) update: got the FOAD email. 👎🏼
Hi Jillian I can't provide support around sallary/equity as I'm not familiar with that market. However, I do have experiance with the "keep sanity and balance with 3 small kids". I've coach 100's of hours supporting women through this. I would be more than happy to offer you a few calls (free of charge) to support you through this if you would like. DM if you are interested.
Hi Jillian,
Congratulations! I don't have experience with your type of role so I can't comment directly, but this file may help you out:
